I'm getting the exact same error. I can connect to the IOIO when the phone is the host, and I can connect via BT. But when the IOIO is the host, I can't get it to connect. The accessory dialog opens, the phone is charging, but with the HelloIOIO app, I cannot for the life of me get the LED to turn on. LogCat shows the same four lines repeating that Benny has.
I've tried several cables (all of which work when putting the IOIO in device mode) and a few different power supplies. I've only ever used the IOIO as a device and never had a problem, so this is really strange. Should be easy, right?
