Within the context of this thread, I?d like to point out the Apache Mynewt project in the Apache Software Foundation. Apache Mynewt is a permissively licensed (Apache 2.0) OS for constrained devices and includes a complete open source Bluetooth Low Energy stack (both host- and controller-level). http://mynewt.apache.org/ The ?dev? email list is off the Community tab; discussion is welcomed there, too. Board support is listed off the main Apache Mynewt page with more to come.
