I would agree that the rsvp work folks did supports that.  but I also
think there are a lot of "implementation" issues and thats not there yet
to my knowledge in the transport area.  we would have to transport folks
from here to the transport area for sure.  

Why not have them come to IPv6 WG to work on it instead?
