        I'm not sure if I have sent this already.  please forgive me if
        there's duplicate messages.

        and also UDP.  UDP anycast will be very useful for DNS.  most of
        already-defined UDP services require us to use the same src/dst pair
        for query/reply (reverse order for reply, of course).  therefore,
        we have conflict between them.
