If the discussion is that creating hosts requirements for every kind of
device is a bad idea, well, I think that you may have a point.  What
I think we have been trying to do in the draft is really discuss
the applicability of various IPv6 standards & features for a cellualr
host. In some cases, we go beyond what a general host requirements
would say.  So my question to the list, is what is contained in the
draft fundamentally flawed or not.
