I think some documents or at least descriptions of requirements for - exemption from performing DAD - exemption from the exchange of packets related to ND or NUD (- any others?) are also useful, for possible upcoming "IPv6 over <something>" documents. I am personally interested in DAD issue in particular, and I would like general requirements for not performing DAD.
