The general house has power to amend any clause, We will put this proposal and can amended as per majority decision. I alone have no power to amend a single word in the MoA. Now we have to adopt procedure and also have to inform registrar.

Bhutta Sb.,

You can not have both the Operating & non-operating equal. The earlier has put his money at stake, while the other has no risk. How can the two be equal.

Pl. check rules of any association, the voting right is only with the operating member. If this leverage is for the benefit of special, it is not fair.

Dear Bhutta Saheb,

With all the mails going back and forth and different points being raised I'm not really sure of the criteria for voting. Will only the operational ISP's be able to vote or everyone who has a license can vote.

Please advice.

Thank you,

Please see my previous mail sent to all on
21-06-2001. Don't blame without prove
==============================
BE AWARE !

The last date for renewal of subscription of ISPAK is 30th June 2001.
Those members who will not pay their dues upto this date, could not participate in the General Body Meeting on 10th July 2001 &  also in upcoming Elections.

The voters list according to paid members will be circulated on 6th July 2001. No change will be allowed in the voter list.

Kindly take it serious & important. No extension will be made. We have to proceed for elections, such necessary actions are required to be taken strictly.

Those who will pay after due date that may be consider as member but not as voter.

Regards
Sanaullah Bhutta
President ISPAK
