Hmm my initial gut reaction is to think that metrics are computed /
committed as part of a bundle, and setup/teardown are not part of bundle
execution.
on the other hand, I can imagine user wanting access to metrics from
setup/teardown... So perhaps I'd say to file a bug so we figure out what's
necessary to make metrics available there...
