For now still the new API in CellUtil can be used (particularly for getting the
type).
And as Chia's said, we ideally need RawResultScanner, RawResult etc to deal
with RawCells. But again once we do that (RawResult) then probably RawCell
also becomes client exposed. (or mark setRaw() API as LimitedPrivate).
But all those not in 2.0 time frame I believe.
