The main topic here is the getType in Cell or not right? If not there in Cell,
we need to have Put/Delete #add API with RawCell as CHia says. So we need to
have a way to get the type from the cell objects passed by client. Again the
CellUtil APIs can work based on the value of getType. We talk abt removing
that from Cell.. My arg is can we keep getType in Cell. (Not return a byte
type. But in a better way like what we have as Enum)
