Yes I agree to this.
bq.Cell is an impl and custom impls are possible here. Remember Chia saying abt
custom impl and using that in Put#add().. So Cell do not have a contract to
have getTypeByte().
Again am missing. but Cell has getType() na now with DataType as the return
value? That will help him right? Because using Put#add() one can create a cell
of type Put or any of the deletes now I think. Ok will be on travel. Will reply
to comments once I have access to system.
