getTypeByte in CP exposed RawCell would be fine.
SequenceId is internals though. CPs can't play w/ this. Timestamp also?
If CPs could edit timestamp and sequenceid, it would only be in the write-path
and before the Cell goes into the WAL. Edits after this point will just cause
havoc inside the server.
