on I am not interested in technical details at this point. This is my concern:

I don’t think the actions of the others were intended to play games. Especially
the design doc is an honest attempt to resolve discussion of alternatives.
Unfortunately as you point out conflict resolution on this project requires
discussion and debate and the language issues are a real problem. I think us
English speakers can acknowledge you have been very patient up to now.
Sometimes discussion must go at length to resolve disputes. An outcome where
one person is worn down, though, is not a good result.
What I have quoted from you above is a good suggestion, at least there would
still be some collaboration, but I wonder if more can be done to rebuild trust.
