Oh, shit. [~toffer] Sorry that when rebasing HBASE-11288.splittable-meta for
implementing HBASE-24459, I accidentally pushed to HBASE-11288 instead of
HBASE-11288.splittable-meta. Do you still have a local branch for it? You can
do a force push to get it back.
And please see the proposal above, let's make some progress here.
