It looks like the `NullPointerException` appears due to `CouchDbRestClient` [redefining](https://github.com/apache/openwhisk/blob/master/common/scala/src/main/scala/org/apache/openwhisk/core/database/CouchDbRestClient.scala#L47) the execution context. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
