For this specific problem, the proposed solution by @ArafatKhan2198 plus an unlimited size Guava cache will solve the problem. But besides this one, I see there were other issues caused by inconsistency between TableCache and DB. So if we can make the DB consistent with TableCache after each call returns, then we can resolve all these kinds of issues caused by this inconsistency, once for all.
