@sadanand48 , I maybe not explain it clearly. My alternative suggestion is can we remove the lag caused by double buffer flush? If every time after a user request is acked by OM, we can assume visit either TableCache or DB will get the same result, then there will be no inconsistency problem, not only for this S3 secret table, but for all other tables which are partially cached.
