[~szetszwo] Thanks for reviewing the patch! v4 patch addresses your comments.
getCallId would have thrown an exception in such a case. I have modified the
patch to return -1 in such a case. But for appendEntries wrapException should
add a valid callId in trailers.
I will create a Jira for the append entries improvement.
