Attached patch rebased after TEZ-14.
1) added speculation error code handling
2) Renamed new enum to TaskAttemptTerminationCause to match existing
Task/VertexTerminationCause
3) Added handling and tests for a few more error types
There are some TODOs to add test timeouts etc before commit. Please ignore
them. [~zjffdu] Can you please take another look? Thanks!
