I am guessing that soon other projects like runtime-library may be sending
termination causes. E.g. Child process can expand on application_error to
exception error, framework exception, input_exception, processor-stuck or other
more specific reasons.
This is internal code. We can move it back to tez-dag is not such new
developments happen.
