If it is not supported already by iText, it would be quite simple to add to the existing spot color/separation support.

From the documentation in PDF 1.7 Reference (and [previous posts in the old thread) all I need is to define a ColorSpace as "Separation" and color name as "All" but this is not available in iText. Maybe I am missing something or afterall this case is not supported by iText. So a worst case simple Yes/No answer from the experts would be of value.
