Well, No.

SetColorFill is for filling the "interior area" of shapes, while a line is
an abstract of 2 points with no interior. We need to define a stroke of some
weight to visualize a line...
So what is needed here is defining a stroke in a different mode than the 3
currently available in iText. It seems that with iText one can draw graphics
in gray, RGB or CMYK only. I can't see how one can draw a line graphic in
say a PANTONE spot, which is weird. Then even if this is possible, wont help
with "typographers marks" where a "generic" name like "All" is needed. I 've
been reading carefully chapter 11 of iText in Action and chapters 4 and 6 of
PDF reference, coming always to the same conclusion. I may be stuck, who
knows... :)
(I think all this functionality is available in java.AWT library, right?)

On the occasion I have to thank you Leonard for trying to help as I
appreciate your very active helpful engagement in this forum since a long
time. I would kindly ask Bruno to clarify this subject when he has some
time, while preparing the second edition of iText in Action, we all await
eagerly.

Thanks again for all
George
