Another possibility is that your form is crappy. For instance: when I open the form in Adobe Acrobat 9, it looks different than when I open it in Adobe Reader X. Also, when I inspect the XFA stream, I see two different dataDescription parts. Is that even possible? (Maybe, but I've never seen it before.)
