Any case, your demo didn't work with this form. I wrote to sales department to investigate this pdf form. If they have a solution I will pay for it and for support too. No problem. For instance: when I open the form in Adobe Acrobat 9, it looks different than when I open it in Adobe Reader X. Also, when I inspect the XFA stream, I see two different dataDescription parts.
