Hi,
Today i did this test : Go to the Import/Export Tool, Edit the
IMPORT/EXPORT Form, and choose "Restric export per search" , to validate
the search mechanism. In this case the filter worked ok!....but IF i try to
do this on the search tool, failed...

Hi,
I always export a template dataset the first time before importing contents
to itsm. Then I use this template csv-file for pasting in my contents
(ci's). Afterwards I use this file for the import process. In my case this
is working quite fine.
