It's a really weird problem. It's a completely standard tuner that's
used by many others without any problem. Are you really, really sure
you are using the correct frequencies? You can verify the selected
frequency by running v4l2-ctl --log-status.

Ok Here is the output of v4l2-ctl --log-status -d /dev/video1.
The first log is channel 5 and the second log is channel 2. Both From the
first device on the PVR-500.
