I have been following the MythTV howto on Jarod's site
(http://wilsonet.com/mythtv/index.php) and I cannot get past this one issue.
I have the tuner card connected to a digital cable box which broadcasts on
channel 3. When I tune to channel 3 I can see some resemblance of what is
being broadcasted, but it is way out of tune. The audio seems to be intact,
but the video is all over the place. I've tried doing some fine tuning
using ptune-ui, however it does not help. The composite input seems just
fine, it is just the tv tuner that will not work.
I am using the latest v4l binaries from atrpms.net.
