Works like a charm for me! Only doing modprobe ivtv and all is well. (well, actualy I have to load, unload and load again, else on a cold boot the card isn't working, seems that something inside needs to be "warmed" up before function, but that was on all drivers I tryed from version "c" to this one) Also I don't need the no_black_magic=1 for cx25840 anymore, and the "missing sound" issue from "e" and "f" is solved...
