When the current FC5 kernel (2096 x86_64) was released last week, I
removed ivtv and friends completely and waited until the new version
showed up in atrmpms-testing.  Last night I installed it thusly:

yum --enablerepo=atrpms --enablerepo=atrpms-testing install ivtv
ivtv-kmdl-`uname -r`

It grabbed all the dependencies and installed without error.  I ran a
quick check to see if ivtv was working with the usual cat /dev/video0 >
test.mpg, and it seemed to work (it recorded static, since my PVR150
isn't connected to a video source at the moment).  I checked just now
and found no errors in my syslog.
