When you get home, if it still doesn't work, do the following and cut
& paste the results here.  (The last command is all on one line.)

# uname -r
# yum remove ivtv* video4linux*
# yum --enablerepo=atrpms --enablerepo=atrpms-testing install ivtv
ivtv-kmdl-`uname -r` video4linux video4linux-kmdl-`uname -r`
