Ok, under the suggestion that I got from John Drescher, I upgraded to 2.6.18 kernel with ivtv 0.8.2. In doing this, I moved the card into a different system (which is why this took so long)
So, I'll include all the information again, in an updated form. The problem that I am having is that I get a lot of static on every channel (with both inputs).
