Hello, I finally got the card working. As was suggested (Thanks!) I needed to upgrade to 2.6.18 (kernel) and 0.8.2 (ivtv). Upon choosing this, the tuners work well. The reason that I was not getting signal is because I needed to set the frequency table to us-cable-hrc instead of us-cable (which I thought I had checked, but I wound up forgetting to do that with the newer drivers)
