Josh, It sounds like your best plan is to test the card in Windows first, that way you can ensure it works before starting the more complex ivtv debugging...

I have a PVR-250 that I bought in the fall of 2002. I recently started trying to setup MythTV on an Ubuntu Feisty Fawn box with the intention of using this card. I haven't used the card in years, so I'm not 100% sure the hardware works.
