AFAIK the scatter/gather fixes have not reached upstream kernel yet. It
is in the v4l/dvb repo at http://www.linuxtv.org/repo/ and
http://ivtvdriver.org/viewcvs/ivtv/branches/0.10.tar.gz?view=tar.

If you are on 2.6.21 or less use the 0.10 driver from ivtvdriver.org and
if you are on 2.6.22 and up use the v4l/dvb repo at linuxtv.org.
