I am also using cpufreq with an AMD64 architecture. Previously, I was running 2.6.20 and ivtv version 0.10.1, and seeing these kinds of ivtv lockups regularly. About a month ago, I moved my backend to Ubuntu 7.10 (2.6.22-14 kernel and ivtv-1.0.0). Since then, I have not seen a single instance of "ivtv driver has stopped responding", where I used to get them every week or so... _______________________________________________ ivtv-users mailing list [email protected] http://ivtvdriver.org/mailman/listinfo/ivtv-users
