We have discussed this, although at that time we had not that many samples! Another way of organising the samples would be on use of the library. That would then become a similar directory structure as that of the include library. Many samples use multiple libraries, so one has to choose a 'primary' library. I don't think that makes life easier for the user (not for the developers either). But maybe you have a better suggestion.....
