Why would this be necessary for ICMP while unnecessary with UDP ? >From what I understand, in your sample, you define a byte array network_destination_ip[], then, within the loop, you use network_set_destination_ip() procedure. Which basically set network_dest_ip[]. So I'd say one should be removed (network_set_destination_ip() within the loop ?). These are just some thoughts about this API, from the outside...
