Perhaps I misunderstood Sun's Web page on this point. Initially, I
thought that Sun's page stated that the Java 2 Enterprise Edition DK included
the Servlet DK, but upon re-reading the page, I realize that that may be an
incorrect interpretation. Here's what Sun states ( at
http://java.sun.com/j2ee/j2sdkee/) :

                 Browsing the Documentation

The J2EE Documentation Bundle is available for browsing
online.

The following specifications describe the components used in
this release:

JavaTM 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition Specification, v.
1.2
                     Enterprise JavaBeansTM Specification, v. 1.1
                     JavaServer PagesTM Specification, v. 1.1
                     JavaTM Servlet Specification, v. 2.2

This page simply seems to say the the documentation for the Enterprise Edition
DK ("the J2EE Documentation Bundle" in Sun's terms) describes the Servlet
specification *as well as* the Enterprise Edition DK (or something similar?).

I apologize for any confusion that I may have caused.

Sincerely,
Paul Bain
