Why should Java's domain be limited to 'enterprise'? That's the undertone I'm getting from that message, even though it might not have been intended in this particular case. Shouldn't the community be interested in 'non-enterprise' uses of Java, and in having non-traditional uses of Java explored more, not less? Perhaps these splits people are advocating should happen, but the podcast should be renamed to 'enterprise java posse'.
