So true.  I used to always do the data model first, thinking that was  
the "hard part" and the UI could just be tacked on.  Now I try to get  
a UI or interaction design guy involved as soon as possible - I know  
I'll always be able to get data in and out of the database, but  
getting the UI right is something that takes skills...
