Yes ! Its one of the hardest things - and its never finished - almost
never. There is no "green bar" of a unit test to tell you it is
"done". Bugs are not clear etc.. yes its achingly hard, but for the
majority of apps it is the most important thing.

I think part of the reason for apples popularity is that they dare to
make the tech trail behind the user experience.
