Relevant or important? I think the Enterprise stuff is completely overcooked nowadays. I think it is for the betterment of human kind that Joe does his thing, and bangs on about design (and people realise it isn't fonts and colours).
How many organisations stupidly arrange their teams so the senior guys work on "the back end" and the junior guy so "the front end" ? Its still far too common...
