He has apparently been ID's, courtesy of the police raid. And that has
got you wondering how far Apple is willing to go with this. You can't
really treat it any way other than the purchase of stolen goods, yet
Apple is probably imagining industrial espionage charges or similar.

I think they simply screwed up... and became subject of their own
sensationalism game. A launch already June 7 means the device we saw
was the real thing, and then you gotta wonder what iSteve will say up
there on stage. He will have his usual overload of superlatives
(super, smart, amazing, fantastic, intelligent...) but likely be short
on actual news.
