When you say "pizza" do you mean the original italian one, or the poor
mocks that are found in the rest of the world? They might be good for
testing, not for production.
In any case, my preferred one is "maremmana": buffalo mozzarella,
tomato, mushrooms (the right ones: porcini), wildboar, olive oil and red
chili pepper.
