I have been pondering the issues around slice Iterators. Does each person maintain their own iterator which selects from their pre-agreed portions of pizza? Do we all schedule through a single iterator? Is slice size selection pre-calculated or done at scarf-time? How does one handle a ConcurrentScarfModification? All these issues are even further complicated by half and half pizzas, anchovy modes and DCCTs (discreet crust cosine transformations).
