Keep it simple, you only want a handful of carefully selected toppings that work well together. If you really want them all then just get more pizzas!
The real masters (like cray) have been telling us for a long time that if you want a true feast then you have to do it over many courses, maybe you could even think about rounding of the meal with some stilton, biscuits, and a few glasses of port.
