Again, you are arguing from the positions that these are actually
effective.  Worse, you are now saying that there is a reasonable
alternative, so people should just deal.  I mean, why would people
care that they have to ride at the back of the bus?  They still get to
ride and, really, if they dislike moving to the back so much, they
could just walk or buy a car.
