It is really a handful (a few blog posts among more than 14 millions
travelers that flew since the new measures were passed).

Your point still holds, though, but the unconstitutionality of what the TSA
is doing still hasn't been established (and my personal belief is that there
is violation of the Fourth
amendment<http://beust.com/weblog/2010/11/15/airport-searches-tsa/>
).
