Well, I put two precise questions whose answer seem fundamental to me in order to understand, and saw no responses... :-/

1. Is Oracle right in the claim that they own the Hudson trademark?
2. Did the Hudson community evaluate Kenai for moving? I suppose so, so that's not really a question. For what reason they discarded it?
