That logic only makes sense because Apple has a monopoly on the app marked for iOS. If you were on a Nokia and free to install anything and say, downloaded an application from ebay, do you still think Nokia has a right to claim a share? Or what if Apple applied your logic all the way into the browser and wrapped commercial sites, requiring a percentage here too. After all, it's Apple that provides you with the possibility of selling your old stereo while taking a dump right?
